office is located at ZA Saint-Marc Sud, Les Docks Saint-Marc, 61110 Rémalard-en-Perche, acting on behalf of ATRIUM CARS S.A.S., a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,500, registered in France under number 814 428 223 R.C.S. Paris, with its registered office at 6 cité du Wauxhall, 75010 Paris.

The website geoship.travel is a commercial showcase owned by GEOSHIP S.A.S. It is made available to ATRIUM CARS S.A.S., which is solely responsible for the execution and invoicing of services offered via the platform. Clients, whether private individuals or businesses, can browse available services (transfers, chauffeur-driven car rentals, excursions, concierge services) and request a quote. GEOSHIP forwards the request to ATRIUM CARS, which handles feasibility analysis, pricing, invoicing, and service execution.

1. Overview of Services
The website geoship.travel features a range of services: private transfers, chauffeur-driven car hire, personalised excursions, and concierge services. Each service is priced individually based on the client’s specific requirements and communicated upon request.

2. Access Conditions and Restrictions
Services may only be requested by individuals of legal age. They are intended solely for personal or professional use and may not be resold or sublet. Services are offered exclusively within mainland France. Any use of the website or its services for illegal or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited. All website content is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reused without prior written authorisation.

3. Payment Terms
All bookings must be paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer. For payments from outside the eurozone, applicable banking fees will be added to the total amount. Payments are processed securely via third-party systems operated by Atrium Cars.

For transfer services, 15 minutes of waiting time are included. For arrivals at train stations and airports, this allowance increases to 30 minutes. Beyond that, additional fees apply: €2 per minute up to 1 hour, then €1 per minute thereafter. Tolls and parking fees are included.

For chauffeur-driven car hire, reasonable mileage is included. Additional fees may apply in the case of significant mileage overage.

4. Cancellation Policy
For transfers, cancellation fees apply as follows:
– Less than 24h before service: 100% of the amount is due
– Between 24h and 48h: 50% is due
– More than 48h: no fee applies

Refunds, when permitted and approved by customer service, are made net of banking fees. For concierge services, the cancellation policies of the respective service providers apply.

5. Liability and Force Majeure
GeoShip and Atrium Cars cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control: accidents, traffic congestion, weather conditions, strikes, etc. All affiliated drivers are covered by mandatory professional liability insurance. If, despite our best efforts, clients miss their connections (flights, trains) due to force majeure, GeoShip or Atrium Cars shall not be held liable.

6. Claims and Disputes
Any claim regarding a transfer, chauffeur service, or excursion must be submitted via the contact form within 7 days following the service. GeoShip will forward the request either to Atrium Cars (for transfers, car hire, or excursions), or to the relevant provider (for concierge services). In the event of an unresolved dispute, the client may contact an accredited mediator in France.

7. Personal Data
Personal data collected is used strictly for the fulfilment of the requested services and for internal marketing purposes by GeoShip and Atrium Cars. Data may be shared with operational partners: Atrium Cars for transfers, guides and providers for excursions, or concierge partners for specific services. Sensitive information (ID, medical data) may be requested to ensure service quality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall be assigned to the courts of Paris, where Atrium Cars has its registered office.
